The Pastors are Peter and Naomi Willis.

Christian Hope Centre commenced as the Jesusu Tent of Miracles Ministries Ltd. in 1996 at MacIntosh Island Gold Coast. The Tent began moving around the South East Queensland at this time.

Mission trips also took place to Sri Lanka and various countries worldwide from 1996.

Christian Hope Centre Ltd was earlier registered and incorporated as Jesus Tent of Miracles Ministries Ltd, (Registered 21/11/1996) however a name change took effect on 23rd October 1997.

The Christian Hope Centre / UpperRoom is a place where people encounter the love and of God. Every Friday at 6PM, the UpperRoom comes alive with worship, prayer, preaching.

We believe in the power of the Name of Jesus. In His Name healings, restorations, and transformations take place today. Hundreds have experienced healing—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—through the power that is in His Name.

Being a Pentecostal Church, we believe in salvation through Jesus Christ, full immersion water baptism for those who believe, baptism of the Holy Spirit, (similar to The Day of Pentecost - Acts chapter 2)
