Each state is sold separately. No pre-existing qualifications are required other than empathy and understanding for those in financial duress, as full professional training will be provided in areas such as liquidation, bankruptcy, creditor negotiations, company and partnership formations, dissolutions, Part X, and voluntary administrations as part of the Licensing Agreement. This training will be provided by QAS, experienced in training agents in insolvency and bankruptcy.

Please note: S.A.S. takes care of all ongoing administration for each case, resulting in minimal paperwork and administration for licensees. Leads may be provided from time to time. The successful applicant will be expected to converse with all types of businesses and will need good people skills, as there is the potential for high rewards for those who put in the effort. Some leads will be supplied.
The successful applicant will be advised on the types of businesses to contact to acquire new business. You will be given categories of businesses that are most vulnerable at this time, but you will not be restricted to these areas.
Projected figures indicate a $190,000 first-year income, with the potential for earnings to substantially exceed this. Licenses require a one-time payment of $70,000 plus GST (per state) for a 5-year term. A further 'token' payment at the end of 5 years will ensure a license for perpetuity.
The business can be sold at any time, subject to certain minimal conditions. Licensee office locations may be mobile and ideally consist of 1 to 2 persons. A licensee can expect income to commence immediately after training is completed.
Training may take place either at your location or at State Administration Services headquarters on the Gold Coast. Training can be arranged before the full purchase of the license, enabling potential licensees to see daily business operations, including income, lead generation, and client interaction (deposit required).
